Returns & Refunds

Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund within 3 days of delivery. Why? Returns generate a carbon footprint which is counter-intuitive to the way we offset each Carbon Footprint from all our packages during delivery.

This rule is only applicable for damaged products; The refund is returned within 30 days to the customer. After the order is shipped and assigned a tracking number it can not be cancelled under any circumstances.

After that you can choose what you would like to do with the item.

We also offer partial refunds of Store Credit for wrong size orders, contact us to see if you are eligible for a partial refund if your item doesn't fit your pet!
